During this time the vehicle both outside and inside comes in contact with numerous elements. With the treat of Covid-19 virus, everything we touch becomes ground zero to contract the virus.

Luckily the most effective chemical against COVID-19 is soap. In fact, any soap will do. Using a mild soap and water rag, you can quickly wipe down the interior dash and fabric seats. Avoid getting water in the electrical areas or other sensitive areas of the vehicle. Sanitation wipes are also effective as well in light moderation. However, do not apply these to screens or other electrical connections. Clean Leather seats with special cleaners only.

*Remember to use gloves during cleaning, especially when touching door handles, seat belts and other areas we tend to touch the most.

Next, cars should not remain sitting for a long period of time. Batteries without tenders or starting them up from time to time will make the battery go dead. Just starting them up helps, but you need to drive them too. This allows the mechanisms to work properly and prevents them from seizing up. Gas tends to go bad in a short period of time, especially E85. Driving allows the gas to flow thought the car and keeps combustion processes in check.
