Refunds Returns and Cancellation guidelines from R&D

Welcome to R & D Motorsports Refunds Returns and Cancellation Policy page.

Most importantly, if you need to cancel an order or item with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can not cancel any special order, custom-order, or pre-order items. Any exceptions will be made at the discretion of the items’ respective vendor/manufacturer. A 20% restocking fee may apply for all orders returning to R&D.

Returns must receive pre-authorization. All refunds returns and cancellations are subject to inspection. Any part that, in our opinion, that shows evidence of wear or installed contrary to manufacturer’s instructions and/or subject to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to refuse any exception.

Inspect all items!

Please inspect your item before signing for it. If you sign for the item prior to inspection and then discover the item may have damage, we will deny your claim.

R & D will not accept any product that appears to show wearing unless there is a valid warranty issue that the manufacturer/vendor defines. An inspection will take place to verify the product is defective as it states on the warranty. Warranty for products for racing or off-road conditions will only be against manufacturer defects prior to installation.

Above all, we will try our best with the turn around time for inspections and repairs of merchandise upon receipt. We may need additional time if the merchandise has to ship back to the manufacturer/vendor for further testing or additional parts are needed.

R & D is not liable for any labor or repair fees under any circumstance. Report any defective product immediately. If possible please try and go through the manufacturers’ warranty and policy process first before contacting R & D.

Lastly, we do not accept returns of special or custom parts. Programming or Software is non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse any exceptions.
